Our popular ground spinner wheels are available in a hanging version! These Patriot Dual Wheel Directional Hanging Spinners combine colorful red, white and blue spinner wheels with a wind sail and a curlie tail. With the wind sail, the spinner creates a blur of patriotic color no matter what direction the wind blows.
